Our New Footprint SAS, located in PARIS (75 011), 16 Cite Dupont, owns an online shop. This online shop, allows it to receive orders from its clients and the informations collected from this are stored and treated in a client file.
Personal information we collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

What information do we collect?
Identity: title, last, first name, address, delivery address, telephone number, email address, date of birth, internal processing code allowing customer identification, data relating to registration on opposition lists.
Data relating to orders: transaction number, details of purchases, amount of purchases, data relating to payment of invoices (payments, unpaid, discounts), return of products.
Data relating to the means of payment: bank card number, expiry date of the bank card, visual cryptogram (which is immediately deleted).
Data necessary for carrying out loyalty and prospecting actions: purchase history.
How do we use your personal information?
We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
- Communicate with you;
- Screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- When in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
Sharing you personal Information
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. Its subcontractors, responsible for delivering its orders, are recipients of the identity, address and telephone number of our customers.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. Data necessary for order management and invoicing: throughout the duration of the commercial relationship and ten (10) years under accounting obligations.
Data necessary for carrying out loyalty actions and prospecting: throughout the duration of the commercial relationship and three (3) years from the last purchase.
Data relating to means of payment: these data are not kept by Our New Footprint SAS; they are collected during the transaction and are immediately deleted upon payment of the purchase.
Data concerning the opposition lists to be received from prospecting: three (3) years.
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.
